10C. This is why few People can Afford Swangkee Pickles

The Brine is Half Clover Honey and Half Balsamic Vinegar with some Canning Salt or Sea Salt. However, you can thin it out by adding one third Boiling Spring Water to the Boiling Pot of Brine, if you later put the Jars of Pickles into Boiling Water for an Hour or more, in Order to SEAL the Jars, According to the Boiling Water Bath Canning Plan. The Water must Cover the Jars at all Times while they are Boiling with their Lids TIGHT; but, not Extremely Tight. The Time Begins when the Water Begins to Boil, which should be Boiling before the Hot Jars are put into the Pot / Kettle / Canner. I use the large Pressure Cooker that you can see in the first Photo in this Gallery, which holds 7 one-half-gallon Jars at a Time; and I wait until I have at least 2 Batches to do: beCause, once the Water is Boiling, it Costs less to keep it Boiling, than to Begin all over again the next Day with Cold Water. Remember that Cucumbers will easily Store in any Cool Comfortable Room in your House for 2 or 3 Days, if they are Good Cucumbers.
