Now, you may be a Believer or an Unbeliever, and it makes little or no Difference to ME: beCause, According to God's Master Plan, there is a Place in this World of Wonders for EVERYONE, no matter what they might Believe or not Believe, even if they are Atheists: beCause Atheists may Live with other Atheists, whereby they will be Happiest: beCause of Discovering other People of Like-mindedness, who have Similar Beliefs: beCause of Answering the Important Questions that are found in my Inspired Book, called: SURVEY of VALUES! Yes, it is a SURVEY of our Religious, Spiritual, Political, Social, Moral, Labor, Business, Construction, and Habitual VALUES! In other words, that Survey will Help ALL of US who Accept it, to Discover other People who have the same Values, whether or not any particular ones among us Agree Perfectly about all Subjects: beCause at least X-amount of us can Agree to Work Together within our own Swangkee Armies, whereas the Present Capitalist System DEMANDS that People who are like Snakes and Foxes must be Allowed to Work with People who are like Sheep and Workhorses, when the Sheep and Workhorses have little Use for the Snakes and Foxes, and should not be Forced to Work with them: beCause they do not get along very well, even as some People have already Discovered! Yes, it is even a SIN to Keep Company with all such Evil People, According to the Bible. (See: First Corinthians 5:11.)

Nevertheless, for a Government to be RIGHTEOUS, it must Respect the Rights of all People, who might be of any Religion, including Satan Worshipers: because we cannot FORCE other People to be Righteous, nor to even Want to be Righteous: beCause it is something that they have to be Persuaded of within their own Minds, by whatever Means that God can Communicate with them. Yes, it might Require a Lightning Strike, Hailstorm, Tornado, Hurricane, Flood, Mudslide, Landslide, Tsunami, Fire, Volcano, or Earthquake, in Order to make someone Believe in God; but, it Normally only Requires a Good Sermon, IF you can get them to Listen to it. However, if something Requires more Faith to Believe in it, than someone has, then their Faith must be INCREASED by Hearing the Words of Truth concerning whatever Subject it is. Indeed, the Whole Truth is Irrefutable, IF someone can Hear it; but, some People are Spiritually DEAF, and cannot Hear anything that pertains to God, for Example: beCause their Minds are made up to NOT Believe in God and Guardian Angels. However, when the Tornado Destroys everything around them, leaving them Alive and Unhurt, while everything else is TRASHED, it sometimes makes them Realize that God was Merciful to them, and that Guardian Angels might be as Real as the Wind, which they have also never Seen! Indeed, they have Seen the EFFECTS of the Wind, even as we have Seen the Salvation of Guardian Angels, without Handling them: beCause there are Visible and Invisible Worlds, even as any Dreamer could Testify, who has Seen Things in Dreams that are not Real in our World, such as Horses and Cows Dancing Together in Step to Music; or, a House Floating in the Sky, filled with all Kinds of Animals, Looking Out of Windows and Doors, Laughing at the People below them. Yes, it is an Unbelievable Sight; but, in a Dream, it is Possible: beCause Dreams are Strange Things, which even Animals Experience! Therefore, as long as People are DREAMING, there will always be People who Believe in God: beCause, only a Great Master Mind could Invent or Create such a Marvelous Thing as a Human Brain, which can DREAM!

Now, I Hear someone, who is like a White Workhorse, whinny: "O Peacock, I Assume that you are Suggesting that we should all Begin to DREAM about Working Together in TEAMS, like Workhorses, so that we might Build those Beautiful Planned City States, and do the Best Work that is Possible: beCause of United Effort on all Fronts?" Well, O Workhorse, I not only Want you to Dream about it; but, I also Want you to Promote the Idea among your Friends and Relatives, who might be SICK of Taxes, Bills, Pills, Debts, Worries, Fears, and all that Troubles us, including Illegal Immigration, Rapes, Abortions, Murders, and whatever: beCause I have Reasonable Solutions for ALL of our Massive Problems! Yes, a Terrorist might Attempt to Attack a Swangkee Fortress; but, he or she would Certainly NOT do much Damage, if he or she had to Enter without any Clothing, and Accept a Shower or Bath, and then put on Clean Clothes that Identify him or her as a Visitor, before he or she can Walk or Ride through a Long Tunnel to a Swangkee Hotel, which is in the Center of a Swangkee Fortress, UNLESS that Person Belongs to one of the Swangkee Associations of Working Soldiers, whereby he or she is already Identified as a FRIEND, instead of an Enemy.

Now, I Hear the Lady Doubtfulness, say: "O Peacock, I Doubt that you will be Able to Keep Out any Unwanted Criminals from any Swangkee Fortresses: beCause they will simply Join one or more of your Swangkee Associations of Working Soldiers, and PRETEND to be Friends, until they can get into a Fortress and Commit their Crimes." Well, O Lady Doubtfulness, According to my Master Plan, everyone on this Earth, who Wants to Join a Swangkee Association of Working Soldiers, will have to Fill Out and File my SURVEY of VALUES, so that we will Know whether or not we can Trust them: beCause that Survey is Arranged in such a Way that all Liars, Deceivers, and Criminals will Automatically be Detected by the Computers. Therefore, whomever does not have GOOD Values, whatever they are, According to their own Sincere Beliefs, will have to be Numbered with a Permanent Positive Personal Identification Number: beCause of CHEATING on their Survey of Values! Yes, some People call it the MARK of The BEAST! But, I call it "Justice for All," since no one will be Forced to be Numbered, nor to even Join any Swangkee Association of Working Soldiers; but, if they Choose the WRong Answers on my Survey, they will have to be Numbered: beCause of being Untrustworthy! For Example, if some Politician Checks the Box that says: (_) I Believe that everyone should be Honest; and then that Politician does not Answer the Questions, Honestly, he or she will Certainly be Discovered by the other Boxes that he or she Checks, which will Contradict each other! Therefore, IF you Sincerely Believe in HONESTY, then you MUST be Honest.

Now, I Hear that Lady Doubtfulness, again, who says: "O Peabrain Peacock, do you not Know that People can LIE? Indeed, they will simply Check the Boxes that Agree with your own Personal Survey of Values, no matter what they are: beCause they Want to DECEIVE YOU! Yes, they will simply get on the Internet, and Discover your Personal Survey of Peacock Values, and Check every Box just the same on their own Survey of Values. Therefore, they will not Need to be Numbered! Indeed, they will be called the Followers of the Peacock! In Fact, they will be like your own Adopted Children, one of whom is likely to Assassinate you! At least I Hope so: beCause you are the BEAST, himself!" Well, O Lady Doubtfulness, the Problem with Checking Boxes (X) that Contradict your Actual Beliefs is the Fact that you will be Held Accountable for Living According to the Beliefs that you have Checked! Therefore, let us say that you have Checked that Box that says: (_) I have Fasted According to the RULES for FASTING; but, behold, you have not even Read the Book, nor Obeyed the Rules: beCause you are perhaps just another Deceiver and Liar. Therefore, you could Attempt to Deceive US, and even yourself, also; but, behold, when you get to the Underground Gate of the Swangkee Fortress that I Live in, which Gate is within a Long Tunnel, you will have to Answer a few more Important Questions, which might Prove that you have not even Read that Exceptionally Good Book, let alone ALL of my Books, which are on my Website! Yes, there will be another Check Box, which reads like this: (_) I have Read ALL of the Peacock Literature, and I have Checked ALL of the Boxes that Accompany Statements that the Peacock Agrees with, as far as I Know. Yes, only True Followers of the Peacock will have Permission to Enter into the Swangkee Fortress that I will be Living in, and none of them will be Branded with the Mark of the Beast! Therefore, if anyone does not Want to be Branded with any such Numbers, they should be Wise for themselves, and Seek the Whole Truth, which can set them Free! Otherwise, they will have to Suffer with the Unbelievers, which will not be all that Terrible; but, it will be more Controlling, with less Freedoms: beCause you will not be Able to Buy nor Sell anything without your Personal Positive Identification Number: beCause you have Chosen to Live with Criminals, Liars, Deceivers, Fools, Religious Morons, and Idiots! Therefore, ...
