Now, if you have done much Traveling, you have probably Noticed that there are very Few Swangkee Gardens, and only a Sprinkling of Beautiful Flower Gardens, here and there: beCause most People cannot Afford to Invest their Time and Money in all such Projects: because they have to Hold Down 2 or 3 Jobs, just in Order to Pay the BILLS. That is, IF they Live Outside of Cities of Confusion, where they might have Space for all such Vegetable and Flower Gardens; but, if they Live Inside of some City of Confusion, they might Barely have Space for a Few Flower Pots, and nothing more than a little Patch of Grass, if any at all. However, if you Asked all such People if they would not Prefer to Live within the Borders of a Beautiful $wangkee Fortress, they would Naturally say: “Of course; but, how could I Afford it? WHO would Do the Gardening for me?” Indeed, they can Readily Agree that they would PREFER to Live in such a Beautiful Planned City State; but, they still have no Real Desire to make themselves into “SLAVES” in their own Gardens: beCause a LOT of Flowers Require a LOT of WORK, just to Keep them Weeded and Watered and Cared for, unless they Follow a Rich Man’s Plan; and, as for those Vegetable Gardens, they Require even MORE Work! Therefore, not one Person in a thousand in America has any Great Interest in Doing such Work, except in MODERATION — as in 2 or 3 Tomato Plants, and perhaps a Small Corn Patch with a Squash Plant or 2, and a few Cucumbers on a Trellis. In other Words, IF they do have a Garden, it does not Normally Amount to much, and could certainly not Feed their Family all that they Eat, let alone Feed some of their Poor Neighbors: beCause that Kind of a Proper Garden might Prove to be a Full-time JOB! Indeed, my Brother Vern Knows all about that: beCause he Attends to a Special $wangkee Garden, which Consumes most of his Time! Moreover, except for what we get to Eat from that Garden, it is not at all Profitable: because there is nothing much for Sale: because 7 of us can easily Eat all that Vern can Grow in that Garden, which is only 50 by 80 Feet. Nevertheless, it Provides the Majority of the Food that Vern and I Eat during the Summer and Fall, as well as Greens during the Winter and Spring. Therefore, it is not a Waste of Time: beCause of the High Prices on Foods from the Gross Grocery Stores. However, such a Lifestyle is not Practical for most Americans: beCause they are not Retired, for one Reason, and beCause they have no Real Interest in what they might call “Slave Labor,” even if it is for themselves: beCause Vern does all of that Work with very simple Tools, namely a Scythe, Hay Fork, Cart, Digging Fork, Shovel, Hoe, Walking Cultivator, and a Water Hose. Indeed, he Turns the Topsoil Over with a Digging Fork, if there is anything to Turn Under; and, after it has Rotted, he Uses his Shovel to Dig a Trench for Filling it with Compost that was made from Scything Off the Grass and Weeds on 5 Acres, and then he Covers the Compost with the Dirt that he Dug Out of the Trench, and Plants his Corn on Top of it; and 2 Months Later that Corn is 10 Feet Tall, without a Weed in it; and, after another Month, it is 14 Feet Tall with 2 to 4 Cobs of Corn on each Stalk! Moreover, he has 80-feet-long Rows of Potatoes, Cucumbers, Green Beans, Onions, Peppers, Beets, Cabbages, Cauliflowers, Broccoli, Kale, and whatever he Wants: beCause he is Free to Decide what he Wants to Grow. Moreover, he has another slightly larger Garden for Cucumbers, Watermelons, Squash, and whatever he Wants in it: because he has about 40 Acres to Work on. However, most Americans do not have such Luxuries, let alone their own Personal Family of Obedient GOATS, who Help to Fertilize the Garden. Nevertheless, even with all of those Assets, plus a $20,000 Spring House, Goat House, and other Houses, Vern is not Able to make it Profitable: beCause it is all just for SURVIVAL! Therefore, he has Proven that it is Impossible for even a Hardworking Person to do anymore than just Feed himself SOME of what he Eats, IF he Lives on the Land, and has Plenty of Freedom: beCause of being RETIRED with a Minimal Social Security Check! Indeed, if it were not for that Social Insecurity Check, he could not even Clothe himself: beCause anything that might be Gained by Selling Vegetables, is Quickly Spent on Gasoline and Repair Bills for the Vehicle, which Transports us Hypocrites to Town in Order to Buy those other Necessities of Life, and Pay the Electric Bills, Auto Insurance, DirecTV, and whatever we Want. Indeed, he and I Share all of those Bills: beCause we have always Believed in Teamwork. Nevertheless, my Point is quite Clear — that it is Impossible for Subsistence Farmers and Gardeners to do any more than just Barely SURVIVE on the Land, and only IF that Land, Vehicle, and Houses are PAID for! Moreover, Thank God that we do not have a Tricky Tractor to Burden us Down with more BILLS and Problems, like one of our Poor Neighbors has, who just Wasted 4,000+$ on a Tractor Repair that never got it Fixed, who is Greatly in Debt to the Friendly Banker, in spite of having a thousand Sheep and Goats! Furthermore, he is so Poor, in spite of Eating Sheep and Goats and Chickens, that he does not even have a Garden of any Kind! Therefore, he is Forced to Buy ALL of his Vegetables from the Dead Food Store, where he also Discovers many other Dead Foods that he should not Want, and none of it seems to Satisfy him: beCause he Weighs about 100 Pounds too much, and has already had several Heart Attacks and Bypasses. Therefore, his Method of Farming has NOT Paid him Well. Therefore, if it were not for his Wife Working 2 Jobs (one at Home and the other Abroad), like a Slave, they would not be Able to Pay the Interest to the Friendly Banker. (See: Can Bankers be Trusted??, and: The History of Money!) Therefore, Knowing all of that, HOW could such Poor People Afford to have LARGE FLOWER GARDENS, and Luscious All-Mineral Organic Gardens? Indeed, the Truth is quite Evident to anyone who has any Brains to Calculate such Things with. However, Believe it or not, God has Revealed to me a Method whereby EVERYONE in the Whole World who Lives within a $wangkee Fortress could have those LARGE FLOWER GARDENS, and All-Mineral Organic Gardens in ABUNDANCE, without Selling even ONE Flower! Therefore, Stop and Ask yourself HOW that you would Manage it? Yes, HOW would you go about Providing every Honest Hardworking Person in the Whole World with a Luscious Garden without Necessarily even Working in the Garden!? That is, YOU could have such a Garden WITHOUT Personally Working in that Garden, and WITHOUT Hiring it done!

Now, I Hear someone, who is like a White Workhorse, whinny: “O Peacock, there is no Way on Earth that People would just VOLUNTEER to do MY Gardening, so that I could Continue to Build Stone Walls, or do whatever I Want to Do. Therefore, you have gotten yourself into another Peacock DREAM! Therefore, you would have to TAX ME in Order to Support those Gardeners.” † Well, O Workhorse, you are Wrong: beCause God has Revealed to me HOW to get it all Done, FREE of Charge, by Means of VOLUNTEERS, without Collecting Taxes for Hiring anyone for Doing that Work! First of all, us Workhorses, who Prefer to Build Stone Walls and all such Constructive Things, will be HIRED by the New RIGHTEOUS One-World GovernMint in Order to Build all Kinds of Profitable $wangkee Hotels and Fortresses; but, NOT the Castles, until all of the Hotels and Fortresses are Finished. (See the Drawings that Follow this Chapter.) Then, when all of the People who are Interested in becoming Moderately Rich have Finished Building their Hotels and Fortresses; but, still do not have those Luscious Vegetable Gardens and Fragrant Flower Gardens that they should have, in Order to make their Fortresses BEAUTIFUL and Lovable Places for Tourists and Traders to Visit, those Seven Great Swangkee Armies of Working Soldiers will be Hired to Build Beautiful $wangkee Palaces for their $wangkee Castles, where their most Honorable People will be Allowed to Live. For Example, their Elected King and Queen will have their own $wangkee Palaces, if they Want them, and they will also have their Volunteer Servants Living within their Palaces, who will Volunteer to do that Gardening in Exchange for Living within those $wangkee Palaces! Indeed, those Volunteer Servants will not Own the Palaces, nor will the King and Queen Own their Palaces, unless they Buy them; and therefore, those Palaces will Belong to the New RIGHTEOUS One-World GovernMint, until someone Buys them, which can also be Bought by some or all of the People within any given Fortress. However, those same Armies Working Soldiers will Build MANY $wangkee Palaces for MANY Volunteer Servants, who will do 8 Hours of Work each Day, 5 Days per Week, 52 Weeks per Year, or the Equivalent thereof with 52 Days for Vacations per Year, plus one Day Off per Week, in Exchange for Living within $wangkee Palaces, which will Provide all of their Food and Clothing and whatever might be Found within such PALACES! Yes, they will have the Latest and Greatest High Definition Widescreen Televisions, Comfortable $wangkee Easy Chairs, Stainless Steel Kitchens, Marble-faced Walls, Fruit Tree Houses, Luscious Gardens, Greenhouses, and all that any King or Queen could Expect, with as many as a thousand Houses for their Volunteer Servants within their Palaces, within a Swangkee Castle within a Swangkee Fortress that Houses as many as 10,000 other People who Live in Beautiful Stone Domehome Complexes; and the Elected King and Queen and their Servants will be in Charge of Maintaining those Palaces, Government Buildings, Churches, Cathedrals, Temples, Schools, Entertainment Centers, and whatever they Choose to have Built, as well as all of the Gardens, Vineyards, and Orchards within the entire $wangkee Hotel, Castle, and Fortress, EXCEPT for those Parts that are Privately Owned by those People who Prefer some other Plan for Maintaining their Gardens and Houses, who do not like Volunteer Servants: beCause they would rather do their own Gardening, and Pay themselves, and also Hire Servants to do whatever they cannot do: beCause they do not like the Master/Servant Plan that I Propose! (See: Were you Born to be a Master, or a Servant??) Indeed, they are still Hung Up by the Neck and Head to a Limb on the Tree of Capitalism, whereby the Ropes that are around their Necks are Choking Off the Blood that might otherwise Run to their Brains, and make it Possible for them to THINK and Remember! Therefore, when I Suggest such Things to them, they get Charley Horses in their Brains!

Now, I Hear someone, who is like an Innocent Goat, bleat: “O Peacock, are you saying that if I just Volunteer to do your Gardening for 8 Hours per Day, 5 Days per Week, or the Equivalent thereof, that you will Provide a $wangkee Palace for me and my Family, along with whatever Food and Clothing that we might Need, According to the Servants’ Uniform Robes that you Want us to Wear, and that you will Cover all of the Costs for Electricity, Water, Heating, Cooling, and every Thing that we might Need in Order to Live like KINGS and QUEENS in PALACES!? Indeed, that Sounds UNBELIEVABLE, O Peacock: beCause, WHERE will you get the MONEY for Paying for it all??” Well, O Obedient Goat, as Unbelievable as it might SOUND, it is quite Possible: beCause, as the Elected King of my own $wangkee Castle, I will have my Volunteer Servants Producing lots of EXTRA Fruits and Vegetables to SELL at the $wangkee Hotel and Castle to Visitors, which will easily Pay for your Imported Food and Clothing, which Clothing will be Made by Humble People who will Gladly do that Work in Exchange for some of your Sweet Fruits, Vegetables, and Flowers! Yes, they will Sell their Extra Clothing for any Extra Income to those other Working Soldiers who do not Volunteer to be my Humble Voluntary Servants, who would rather Earn $wangkee Wages, and Own their own $wangkee Stone Domehomes, Homecraft Workshops, Cisterns for Water Storage, and whatever. Indeed, they Lack Trust in what I Propose about Servants and Masters; but, they are not Lazy People, nor Crazy People who Refuse to Live within the Borders of Swangkee Fortresses; but, they merely Want to OWN certain Possessions, so that their Spoiled Children can Inherit all of it, since none of them are Able to take it with them when they Die. However, that is not to say that ALL Children will be Spoiled by such Inheritances; but, only those Children who are not Taught the WHOLE Truth, and who Lack Self-discipline and Good Self-government, who are like the Prodigal Son.

Now, I Hear someone, who is like a Busy Beaver, say: “O Peacock, am I Understanding you Correctly — that there will be many Different Kinds of Working Soldiers, and that some of them will be Contented to be nothing more than Obedient SERVANTS, like ME?” Yes, O Beaver, there will be many Kinds of Working Soldiers, and some will simply Volunteer to Work in Exchange for getting to Live within $wangkee Palaces, which will have whatever they Want, except for Gas-hog Cars and all such Abominations, which anyone can Live Happily without, and Especially if they have the Skills of a Family of Beavers, who Live and Work at HOME!
