This would be a Beautiful Place for Building and Living within a $wangkee Fortress, which has HUGE Cisterns for Water Storage when the Rain does come, which can Tide the People over until the next Rain, even if it comes 7 Years later! Moreover, such Cisterns can be Used Wisely in Order to Generate Electricity: beCause of having 2 Sets of Cisterns — one Set in the Valley, and the other Set on Top of the Mountains, in Order that Water might be Pumped by Wind Power and Solar Power into the Upper Cisterns whenever the Wind Blows, or whenever the Sunlight Shines; and then, when there is no Wind nor Solar Power, the Water is Released through Pipes that run into Hydro-electric Generators.
