This would be a Beautiful Place for Building and Living within a $wangkee Fortress, which has HUGE Cisterns for Water Storage when the Rain does come, which can Tide the People over until the next Rain, even if it comes 7 Years later! Moreover, such Cisterns can be Used Wisely in Order to Generate Electricity: beCause of having 2 Sets of Cisterns — one Set in the Valley, and the other Set on Top of the Mountains, in Order that Water might be Pumped by Wind Power and Solar Power into the Upper Cisterns whenever the Wind Blows, or whenever the Sunlight Shines; and then, when there is no Wind nor Solar Power, the Water is Released through Pipes that run into Hydro-electric Generators.

Beautiful Montana is only Beautiful when it RAINS, which was the Case when we went to Visit, which was the First Green Summer in 5 Years, and the First Visit in more than 20 Years for me! In other Words, the Creator Blest it just for our Sakes, in Order that I might Obtain some Beautiful Photos, if nothing else, in Order that you might See how it COULD be, all of the Time, if the Creator Blest it with Rainwater.

Have you ever Heard of Cloud Watchers? Just Think, every Person in the World who takes a Look at the Clouds gets a Different Perspective, and the Perspective Constantly Changes with the Wind and the Sunlight, which makes those Clouds a Marvelous Creation, which most People just take for Granted: beCause they have no Idea what is Required in Order to put all such Things Together in a Workable Order. For Example, if the Earth were Removed by just one Degree Away from the Sun, we would all most likely Freeze to Death; and, if the Earth were Moved just one Degree Closer to the Sun, we would all most likely Die from the Heat. Therefore, it is not by Chance that the Earth just Happens to be in the Exact Right Place, and that it just Happens to have the Correct Amount of Ocean Water, Rainwater, and whatever, in Order to have Diversified Climates, in Order to Produce a Beautiful Earth that has Unique Places to Live, with all Kinds of Unique Animals, Plants, and People.

However, someone would Naturally Object to such an Idea: beCause of "Destroying the Environment," they say. Howbeit, I am not talking about making some MESS like New Yuck City, nor Lost Angels, Californicate; but, I am talking about BEAUTIFUL Planned City States, which Produce most of their own Food, and Live SIMPLE Lives, without Cars, Pollution, and Abominations!
