And I will come near to you with Judgment, O Family of Israel; and I will be a Swift Witness against the Druggerers, against the Adulterers, against the False Swearers, and against those People who Oppress the Hirelings in their Wages, who do not Support the Widow and the Fatherless, and who turn aside the Stranger from his Rights, and do not Fear me, says the Supreme Ruler of Terrible Armies. Moreover, because I am the Supreme Ruler, I do not Change; and therefore, you Sons of Jacob are not Consumed with Devouring Fire: because of my Love, Mercy, Compassion, and Forgiveness. However, even from the Days of your Fathers you have gone Astray from my Ordinances, and have not Kept them. Therefore, Return to me, and I will Return to you, says the Supreme Ruler of Mighty Armies. But you say, ‘Wherein shall we Return to you?’ Behold, will a Man ROB God? Yet you have Robbed me. But you say, ‘Wherein have we Robbed you?’ I will Answer you, in Tithes and in Offerings for the Poor. Yes, you are Cursed with a Sore Curse: because you have Robbed me, even this whole Nation. Yes, the whole World has Robbed me of Tithes and Offerings. Therefore, bring you all of the Tithes and Offerings into my Storehouses, so that there might be Food and Clothing in my Houses for the Poor; and Prove me now herewith, says the Supreme Ruler of Great Armies, if  I will not Open unto you the Windows of Heaven, so to speak, and Pour out unto you Marvelous Blessings, so that there will not be Enough Space in Order to receive it: because, in Giving, it shall be Given to you more Abundantly. Moreover, I will Rebuke the Devourer for your Sakes, and he shall not Destroy the Fruits of your Ground; neither shall your Vine cast her Fruit before the Appropriate Time in the Field, says the Supreme Ruler of Wonderful Armies.
